1. Acceptance of terms
By using swutsolutions.com or engaging SWUT Solutions (“SWUT”, “we”, “us”) for software licenses, training, or demos, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our services
SWUT is an authorized reseller of engineering software from vendors including IDEA StatiCa, ZWSOFT, MIDAS, and Bentley Systems, and provides license renewals, training and technical workshops, and product demonstrations.
3. Software licenses
Software is licensed, not sold. Your use of each product is governed by the vendor’s end-user license agreement, which you accept when installing or activating the software.
4. Trials and demos
Trial licenses are provided for evaluation only, for a limited period, and may not be used for commercial project delivery unless the vendor permits it.
5. Quotes and payment
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Licenses and services are delivered once payment terms agreed in writing are met.
6. Training and events
Training content, materials, and recordings are for participants’ internal use. We may reschedule sessions or events with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Engineering results remain the responsibility of the qualified engineer using the software. To the extent permitted by law, SWUT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software or services.
